Not features. A benefit headline, a problem framing, then the specs. Reordered every page using the same pattern.

Replaced the three stock shots with a 360 viewer built on Shopify native components. No third-party plugin weight.

One address, one payment, one click. Removed the create-account gate. Express checkout moved above the fold.
