OUR PROCESS

From first call to lasting growth.

A four-stage process we run on every project. Set scope, a working demo each week, and a reporting dashboard after launch — so you always know where your project stands, what ships next, and what it costs.

AI IN THE WORKFLOW

We use AI to work faster, not to replace the thinking.

AI is a tool here, not a selling point.

We use AI the way a good carpenter uses power tools — to move faster on the parts that don't need a person, so we spend our hours on the parts that do. It never decides strategy, taste, or what ships. It just clears the busywork.

01

Research & synthesis

We pull competitor notes, audit findings, and customer interviews into one place fast. A person still reads what matters.

02

Copy drafting

We draft headlines and tone options quickly, so we compare real choices instead of staring at a blank page. A person rewrites every line that ships.

03

UX exploration

We sketch layout and flow options in minutes, so we can keep or drop a direction before we design a single screen for real.

04

Dev acceleration

AI handles the boilerplate and setup, so the build budget goes into the parts that need real engineering.

05

QA support

An early first pass on accessibility, edge cases, and broken states means the human review starts cleaner and catches the small bugs.

Our rule:nothing reaches you straight from a model. Strategy, design calls, and final copy are ours to own — AI helps us get to good work sooner, it doesn't replace the people behind it.

THE PROCESS

Four stages, one connected thread.

Every project is different, but the rhythm is the same: get clear, agree on the plan, build out in the open, then keep things moving after launch. Most projects run six to eight weeks from first call to launch — only how deep each stage goes changes with the size of the build.

True in every stage:
  • A senior leads, always
  • Set scope, set price
  • A working demo every week
  • You own everything
Week 1

Phase 01Discovery

We start with a talk, not a contract. On a free call we get to know your business, your customers, and what's holding you back — then hand you a one-page note on where the best chances to grow are.

Typical outputs:
  • Free audit call
  • Findings summary
  • Opportunity map
  • Goals & KPIs
Week 2

Phase 02Strategy

Before any design starts, you get a clear plan. Set scope, set timeline, set price — every step mapped and signed off up front, so nothing new gets sprung on you halfway through.

Typical outputs:
  • Fixed-scope proposal
  • Project roadmap
  • Sitemap & specs
  • Locked budget
Weeks 3–7

Phase 03Execute

This is where it gets built. We design, build, and test in weekly rounds, and show you working demos on real screens every step of the way — so the end result is something you watched take shape, never a surprise.

Typical outputs:
  • Design concepts
  • Weekly demos
  • Built & tested pages
  • QA & a11y pass
Ongoing

Phase 04Grow

Launch is day one, not the finish line. Once you're live we watch how the site performs, tweak the paths that turn visitors into leads, and send a monthly report on the numbers that matter: leads, rankings, and revenue.

Typical outputs:
  • Launch & handover
  • Analytics setup
  • Monthly reporting
  • Conversion tuning

Timelines depend on scope. A single landing page can move in weeks; a product redesign or full build may take a few months. The point isn't to force every project into the same timeline — it's to keep the work moving at a steady pace.

HOW WE STAY CLOSE

Heads-down work, clear check-ins.

We like fast progress — a mix of written updates, short calls, shared files, and quick feedback. We can fit into the way you already work, or run a light setup on our side.

  1. Step 01

A kickoff call to get on the same page

One call to set goals, scope, and how we'll work together.

  2. Step 02

A shared Slack and Notion board

One place for messages, files, and the task list — no digging through email.

  3. Step 03

    A working demo every week

Real screens on a steady schedule, so you always see where things stand.

  4. Step 04

    Short review calls

Quick, planned sessions to give feedback and sign off — not endless meetings.

  5. Step 05

A clean handoff — you own everything

Files, domains, passwords, and accounts all handed over to you at the end.

  6. Step 06

Support after launch when you need it

We stick around after launch for reporting, tweaks, and fixes when you ask.

Start with step one

Let's map your first move.

One call. We get to know your setup, show you what to fix, and tell you honestly whether we're the right team for the job. Every project is custom-quoted afterward. No price bands, no commitment.

  • A real designer reads every message — no bots, no sales funnel.
  • Real starting prices are on our pricing page — your final number is quoted on a free call.
  • Honest from the first reply: if we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
Book a strategic call

15 minutes, no pitch — just a clear next step.

Tell us about it.

No spam, ever. A real designer reads every message.

Common questions

  • Most sites run 3 to 7 weeks, depending on scope. You get the timeline up front, fixed.

  • Tell us early. We either scope to it or tell you honestly if it is not realistic.

  • A kickoff call, a weekly demo to review, and a sign-off at each milestone. No daily meetings.

  • Yes. Files, domains, passwords, and accounts are handed to you in full. No lock-in.

  • Optional support — reporting, small fixes, and tuning. You are never left stranded.

  • We flag it, re-scope that piece, and you approve before any extra work.
